Art PrintsWhile Pete Welsby Photography is mainly known for ‘social photography’ (weddings & portraiture), Pete’s personal work has a much wider brief. His particular passions are travel and the natural world. ‘Travel’ encompasses anything from landscapes to architecture to people, with the main aim being to represent the ‘personality’ or atmosphere of a place, whether it’s close to home or the other side of the world. The natural world, of course, covers much of the same ground but tends to concentrate on the details, the flora and fauna of a place, rather than on overall impressions. Pete particularly loves to capture the ephemeral beauty of flowers. He has now decided to offer a selection of his personal work for sale in the form of art prints. These range from postcard sized art cards to fabulous, new über-trendy alumini prints, which are printed directly onto aluminium and look amazing - in fact they seem to have a life of their own! Pete works mainly in Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, Lancashire, the North-West and North Wales, but is also available for shoots elsewhere in England, Wales, Scotland and overseas.
